Comprehensive Plan Committee

This Board is tasked with creating a Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Sangerfield.   The members of the Committee have been appointment by the Town Board to develop a  framework for guiding future growth and development in the Town over the next 10 to 15 years.   It was developed using input from Town residents and stakeholders gathered from a survey and meetings held over the last several years.  The Plan maintains the Town's priority for ensuring protection of farmland and open space while also ensuring the quality and livability of the neighborhoods and businesses.       

NOTE THAT THE FINAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WAS ADOPTED IN January 2015.
